Back in '89, Zappa said the quiet part out loud: The danger wasn’t across the ocean—it was brewing in the backyard, tuning into AM radio, quoting Leviticus, and declaring war on nuance.

We didn’t listen.

Instead, we built an outrage economy.

Now, we’ve got a paranoia-industrial complex turbocharged by algorithms, fear-mongering preachers, political LARPers, and a book-banning brigade so unhinged they think drag queens are a greater threat than climate collapse or unaffordable insulin.

🗽 That’s not freedom. That’s the illusion of control with a flag on top.

And the worst part?

People let it happen—out of fear.

Fear of change.

Fear of the “other.”

Fear of losing the last crumbs handed down by a rigged system.

Zappa wasn’t just making noise. He was doing what every artist should do: Irritate. Illuminate. Question power. Refuse the script.

So here’s the truth—again:

Think for yourself. Don’t confuse cynicism with wisdom.

Don’t let slogans replace thought.

Don’t let the loudest drown out the truest.

🔥 Support art. Mock grifters. Read banned books. Laugh in defiance. Speak in clarity. And above all: JAM THE DAMN GEARS.

Because if you’re not resisting the machine, you’re feeding it.
